Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most CORA Flutes are handcrafted and made to order.

Please allow approximately 2–5 months for production before your order is shipped. Production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, material availability, equipment maintenance, holidays, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your flute has been completed, it will be carefully inspected, play-tested, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, if available.

Domestic & International Shipping

CORA Flutes ships to customers throughout the United States and to many international destinations.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. CORA Flutes is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the flute.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.
