Each flute is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 3–5 months for your instrument to be carefully crafted, tuned, finished, and prepared for shipment.

Free shipping within the USA
The only case returns or Refunds are accepted is if there is something wrong on our end such as cracks in the wood, dents or chips that weren’t previously discussed, damage during the shipping process or the flutes tuning is off. Refunds are not accepted until the product has arrived to you and you have inspected it.
To be eligible for a return or refund, I must hear from you with in 7 days of the flute arriving. You must meet one of these requirements and your flute must be in the same condition that you received it.
Refunding is a last option! I will always try to fix any mistakes that are made first. Exchanges are always an option too if I have anything available.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund is an option. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
